Siqitech Guestroom Occupancy Processor

The iDTCB01 is a smart hotel occupancy processor that uses multi dimensional data fusion to accurately detect guest room presence by combining door magnetic sensors and human presence sensors, reducing misjudgment from single inputs.

It features two dry contact output channels with mutually exclusive logic to automatically trigger actions such as welcome scenes and energy saving modes based on occupancy status, with an additional output reserved for integration with third party systems like HVAC.

Configured via Bluetooth Low Energy and the Casambi app, it supports flexible occupancy timing, scene bindings, and visual status indicators for power, network, and room occupancy, enabling reliable and efficient automated room control.
